Alisha Fletcher is a licensed clinical social worker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maine. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Her expertise includes supporting autistic individuals, with a focus on helping those who experience anxiety, selective mutism, depression, and social differences.

EXPERIENCE

As a part-time clinician, Dr. Fletcher is a licensed clinical social worker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maine. Her expertise includes supporting autistic individuals, particularly those experiencing anxiety, selective mutism, depression, and ADHD.

Dr. Fletcher is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wilmington University, where she teaches in the graduate and undergraduate programs within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. In her full-time professional role, she serves as the director of the Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism (DNEA), where she trains professionals who work with and support autistic individuals.

Her clinical focus includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, adjustment disorders, attention deficit disorders, specific fears, selective mutism, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Fletcher has significant experience adapting evidence-based practices to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
